We know you may have questions, and we’re here when you need us! Here are just a few of those questions answered.

Feel free to contact one of our offices with any other questions you may have! 

Typically medications are sent with a limited and specific number of allowed refills. You can contact your pharmacy to see if you have any refills available. If you find you’re running low on drops or any oral medication prescribed by our doctors, you may call the office or leave a message.

One of our dedicated technicians will either have your prescription refilled or contact you to schedule an appointment to ensure the medication is still affective and/or required.

If you’re experiencing changes in your vision and you’re unsure who you need, contact us and a technician or front desk personal will discuss your symptoms or concerns and we will help get you set up with the appropriate doctor.

If your contact lens prescription was updated within the last two years you may call the office and request a new order to be filled. If it has been longer than two years you will need to schedule a new exam to update the prescription before we can order. 

We accept pediatrics on a case by case approach.  Please contact the office for details.
